After purchase, you’ll receive access to our support portal where you can submit tickets. Standard support includes 6 months of updates and bug fixes, with options to extend. Please have your purchase code ready when contacting support.
Our standard license covers use on one website. For multiple client projects, you’ll need to purchase either additional single licenses or our developer license which covers unlimited sites.
Due to the digital nature of our products, we offer refunds only in cases where the product is demonstrably not as described or non-functional. Please review our complete refund policy before purchasing.
